The Franchising team provides a complete service in respect of all disputes between franchisors and franchisees.
In particular members provide advocacy and advice in respect of injunctions to enforce restrictions in the franchise agreement or to protect confidentiality or intellectual property. The team also acts in disputes over termination and damages claims.
