This team has significant experience of acting in professional negligence claims brought against accountants, architects, barristers, engineers, financial advisers, insurance brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other professionals
A number of members of the Commercial Team undertake a substantial amount of professional negligence work, predominantly, but not exclusively, for claimants, and have experience of acting in claims of various size, including claims for tens of millions of pounds.
Members have experience of claims against solicitors, barristers, accountants, brokers and financial advisers, insurance brokers (including Lloyd’s brokers) pension fund trustees and investment managers, surveyors, architects and civil engineers.
