Our Prison Law team, which includes a former Prison Officer, has a wealth of experience in representing the interests of serving prisoners.
Whether it is a matter of prison discipline that has resulted in an adjudication before an Independent Adjudicator; an oral hearing before the Parole Board concerning release or re-release after recall to prison or, advising on and conducting Judicial Review proceedings, we have experienced Counsel who can assist.
Experience has shown that Prison Law can be complex and confusing and has led, on a number of occasions, to prisoners being unlawfully detained for lengthy periods.
