Our barristers, working closely with the personal injury clerks, provide a dedicated service at a personal level. Our members deal not only with the more common types of case, such as road traffic accidents, tripping and slipping accidents and injuries at work, but also with disease litigation (asbestos related disease, WRULD, VWF, deafness, Legionella etc), fatal accidents, clinical negligence catastrophic injuries, (brain damage, spinal cord injuries, amputation etc), holiday claims, and sex abuse claims.
Our clerks know the individual team members and their practices well, and will be happy to discuss your requirements. We aim to give advice and represent our clients in a way that is clear, professional and sympathetic.
As well as providing advice and representation of the highest standard, we also have efficient administration. We are happy to discuss any particular service standards (for example, turnaround times, or provision of regular reports of work carried out and fees billed etc) with our clients.
