We act for commercial and residential landlords, tenants and Local Authorities in matters such as dilapidation claims, rent reviews, break clauses, business tenancy renewals. forfeiture, leasehold enfranchisement, boundary disputes, enforcing covenants, and service charges. In addition, the team are able to advise on agricultural issues, trespass or nuisance matters and easements.
The team has experience in cases of all degrees of complexity and every teir of the Court system, with members having reported cases from the Court of Appeal, but also day-to-day experience in County Courts and Tribunals. Several team members also have relevant judicial experience, which providing special insight into matters of prime importance to clients and into the management of the proceedings.
