"Stephen Linehan Q.C. successfully prosecutes "Birmingham stab killer"
In a case in which St Philips Criminal Group Members were highly involved, Paul Farrer Q.C. and Michael Garrett were successful in achieving an acquittal for a woman accused of playing her part in the murder of a Birmingham club-goer.
The court found one of the woman's co-defendants guilty of murder and the other of conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm, with Stephen Linehan Q.C. acting as prosecuting Counsel.
