Timothy Raggatt Q.C. and Jonas Hankin recently acted for the prosecution in the high profile "Fairfield Post Office Shooting" tried by The Honorable Mr Justice Treacy in his last case as Presiding Judge for the Midland Circuit.

After a lengthy trial Anslem Ribera, Christopher Morrissey and Declan Morrissey were convicted of Murder and Attempted Murder. They were jailed for life and ordered to serve a minimum term of 34 years.

A fourth defendant, Adrian Snape, represented by James Burbidge Q.C and John Edwards, was acquitted of Murder and Attempted Murder. He was sentenced to 8 years imprisonment for his role as getaway driver, having pleaded guilty earlier in the proceedings.
