Two teenagers are found guilty in murder case prosecuted by Chris Millington Q.C. and Simon Ward...

 

Matthew Armstrong and Ryan Smith, have been jailed for their parts in the killing of a 54-year-old grandfather in Rugby.

Chris Millington Q.C. and Simon Ward acted for the prosecution in the trial, the result of which was a life sentence with a tariff of 19 years for 18-year-old Armstrong.

Co-defendant Smith, who was represented by Paul Farrer Q.C. and Andrew Smith, was sentenced to three and a half years for manslaughter and robbery.
