Man faces retrial over fatal fire

St Philips Criminal Group were both sides of this case where the defendant was charged with murdering his own mother following a fire in Coventry. Head of Chambers, James Burbidge Q.C and Brian Dean prosecuted whilst door tenant, Daniel Janner Q.C led Shane Crawford for the defence.
