Family / Care and Adoption

This team has experience and expertise in the full range of public law Children Act proceedings in all levels of Court including the Court Appeal.  In addition, members have expertise in proceedings concerning children brought under the inherent jurisdiction of the High Court and complex cases involving foreign jurisdictions.  The family law team represents Local Authorities, parents and children.  The team regularly lectures and publishes on topics relevant to public law Children Act work.
