The Matrimonial Finance team has wide ranging experience in all aspects of financial work following the breakdown of a marriage or relationship (including same sex). This includes claims arising from the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973, Civil Partnership Act 2004, Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989 and Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996. The team is also experienced in dealing with cases arising under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
The members of the Matrimonial Finance Team regularly lecture on a range of topics including: ancillary relief, same sex partnership, cohabitation and inheritance.
