Family / Private Law - Children's Act

The family team has experience and expertise in all aspects of private law Children Act proceedings, including cases involving domestic abuse, residence and contact disputes, disputes as to the proper exercise of parental responsibility and international child abduction cases.  The team deals with cases at all levels of Court including the Court of Appeal as well as cases involving foreign jurisdictions.  The family law team lectures and publishes regularly on topics relevant to private law Children Act proceedings.
