  • Applications for directions by administrators and trustees for directions in relation to wills and trusts;
  • Actions for the removal of administrators or trustees;
  • Claims against trustees/executors for breach of trust or breach of fiduciary duty;
  • Applications in the Court of Protection;
  • Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act claims;
  • Professional negligence actions in relation to wills and trusts including disappointed beneficiary claims.
