Angus has a first class honours degree from Exeter University and has practised in Birmingham since 1995. He also has post graduate qualifications from Bristol University in Insolvency, Company law, and Restitution.
Although Angus has a detailed knowledge of chancery, insolvency and property law, for the last few years he has specialised primarily in contentious probate disputes, advising and appearing in both the County and High courts.
He has been listed as a Leader at the Bar in Chambers and Partners for the last 6 years, and is described in the 2011 edition as someone with a stupendous knowledge of the law and a great cross-examiner.
