The core of Emma's practice is property based. She regularly deals with all types of real property disputes; commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters; issues arising from the sale and purchase of land; mortgages and charges and housing work. Emma undertakes commercial cases often involving some property law influence. She also deals with private client work particularly involving claims as to beneficial interests in property, Inheritance Act claims and as to the construction of wills.
Emma is authorised to accept instructions on a Direct Access basis.
Emma also sits as a Deputy District Judge on the Midland Circuit.
