Naomi conducts a heavyweight practice in all areas of serious/organized crime and in regulatory work.

She is instructed by, amongst others, the CPS Organized Crime Division, CPS Complex Casework Unit, West Midlands Police, The Gambling Commission, Birmingham City Council and a number of leading criminal defence and regulatory solicitors.

Her experience and practice in serious and organised crime includes homicide, large scale drug conspiracies, people trafficking, kidnap and fraud/money laundering.

She is instructed to provide specialist advice and training upon RIPA 2000 and related sensitive policing issues. She has considerable experience in the conduct of cases which involve sensitive and proactive policing, including foreign intercept.

Naomi's experience in the regulatory field comes over many years having started her professional life as a solicitor specialising in licensing/gaming, regulatory and white collar crime at Edge and Ellison (now Hammonds).

Her experience is at all levels, including in the Divisional Court and the Administrative Court. She has recently advised the Gambling Commission in relation to the high profile issue of house raffles and lotteries.
