Being instructed in a 1 million arbitration in Copenhagen.
Advising in a case in Dubai involving both insolvency and the rights of shareholders.
Earles v Barclays Bank plc [2010] Bus LR 566 described by many commentators as one of the leading cases on e-disclosure.
Paul qualified as a solicitor in 1996 at Eversheds (Birmingham) in their Commercial Litigation team. He became a Solicitor Advocate in 2001 and a tenant of St Philips Chambers in 2002.
