Vinesh began his career in Law as a Legal Executive and was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in June 1996. As a Legal Executive, he handled a wide-ranging caseload of civil litigation. During his eleven years at the Bar, Vinesh has continued to practice in Civil and Family work, and developed his interest in Human Rights and Public Law. He is highly regarded amongst the profession, and is often instructed to guide Local Authorities and indeed the court through the myriad of issues that arise in public and private law proceedings when a person has unsettled immigration status in the United Kingdom.

Vinesh has developed a reputation of providing sound and pragmatic advice in relation to Adult and Child Community Care proceedings and has experience of challenging decisions made by public bodies in the Administrative Court and the Court of Protection. His abilities as an advocate have been recognised by his appointment by the Attorney General to the Treasury Solicitors panel of regional counsel authorised to represent Government Departments in civil proceedings.
