Andrew Bainham recently appeared in Coventry City Council -v- M & H, acting on behalf of the mother and instructed by Selina Sandhu of Hammons Solicitors.

In her Judgement, HHJ Watson made comments in relation to the definition of reasonable contact in Public Law cases.
