11:30am – 12:30pm: Session 3: Protected disclosures: principles and practical examples – David Maxwell

1:30pm – 2:30pm: Session 4*: (a) problems in the care sector: (i) where are we now with working time? (ii) where are we now with outsourcing? – Elizabeth Hodgetts

2:30pm – 3:30pm: Session 5: Focus on Remedies: Assessing compensation for injury to feelings and complex financial loss (including pensions). Outlining the principles and facilitate break-out sessions in which the delegates work through real life examples – Sarah George and Anthony Johnston

3:30pm – 4:00pm: Session 6: What should we look out for in 2019? – Bruce Frew

*During Sessions 2 and 4, there are alternative Just for Junior Employment Lawyer break out sessions, comprising talks on surviving the Employment Tribunal and deconstructing Constructive Dismissal and, subject to numbers, a Mock Tribunal Preliminary Hearing.
